摘要: Vector specificity is a well-recognized characteristic of plant viruses. The viruses that are transmitted by leaf-feeding beetles in four virus groups and cannot be other commonly recognized vectors such as aphids, leafhoppers, or nematodes. basis for vector has been elucidated some virus-vector combinations, many cases the interaction between determined coat proteins nonstructural proteins, with aphid-transmitted potyviruses caulimoviruses (16, 17). These viral have shown to mediate specific, definitive particle surface vector. Sites binding surfaces play role identified nematode, fungal, aphid, leafhopper (2, 16, In cases, involved interactions transport across membranes case luteovirus passage through aphid gut wall accessory salivary gland cells (15).
