摘要: This work aims to study the removal of Cu(II) from aqueous solutions with coffee residues. Waste materials no further treatment such as residues cafe may act adsorbents for Cu(II). Equilibrium data were successfully fitted Langmuir, Freundlich and Langmuir-Freundlich model (L-F). The maximum adsorption capacity can reach 70 mg/g kinetic pseudo-first, -second -third order equation. equilibrium was achieved in 120 min. Also, effect pH on desorption studied. Ten cycles adsorption-desorption carried out revealing strong reuse potential these low-cost adsorbents; latter confirmed a brief economic approach.
