摘要: Abstract Ti6Al4V titanium alloy samples, having disc shape of O16 x 3 mm, and an initial microrough morphology, were anodized in a custom built electrochemical cell two electrode configuration, 1M H3PO4 + 0.5 wt% HF electrolyte, anodization potential 20 V, time 30 min. The was applied with different ramps (0.025, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1 V/s). modified surface morphology evaluated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Our results show efficient synthesis ordered nanotubular TiO2 layers on flat, surfaces two-phase alloy, the importance ramp parameter’s optimization. Potential 0.025, 0.1 V/s lead to development continuous, uniform, self-ordered layers, internal diameters 25-110 nm range, layer thickness 150-400 range. 0.2 also 30-115 250-450 but are discontinuous.
