摘要: Systems and methods for selecting data rates at which to transmit over a primary uplink in the presence of one or more secondary channels. One embodiment comprises method including determining probabilities associated with numbers attempted transmissions data, number times pending have been attempted, transmissions, allocating power transmission succeeding frame based upon probabilities. In embodiment, highest supportable rate is initially selected. Then, allocated minimum set channels on uplink. A maximum level transceiver then adjusted account power, recomputed.
