摘要: A glass system based on SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-BaCO3-PbO2-ZnO was prepared and a sort of compounding optimized to determine the composition with best performance named AF8. The technical thermal expansion coefficient (t-TEC) is 10.58 x 10(-6) K-1 between 323 773 K. resistivity AF8 1.95 10(4) Omega cm at 800 degrees C. optimum sealing temperature range 850-880 sealant could adhere electrolyte yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) well there were no perforative pores in sealant. leak rate 0.81 10(-7) mbar 1 s(-1) cm(-1) C tested by oxygen coulometric titration which closed required value. Around temperature, contact angle YSZ about 110 degrees. This can make them under suitable pressure, also avoids spreading freely surface electrolyte.
