摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline ceramic samples of pure fresnoite compound formula Ba 2 TiOSi O 7 and germanium (Ge 4+ ) doped 1.8 Ge 0.2 have been prepared by standard solid state reaction technique using high purity oxides carbonates. The was sintered at 1300 °C while the substituted into pellet form 1180 °C. formation single phase confirmed X-ray diffraction (XRD) structural parameters were refined Rietveld analysis. A good agreement between observed calculated pattern obtained from refinement noncentrosymmetric space group P 4 bm . bond distances along with angles atoms for both compounds as well position in unit cell which supports results. grain size investigated SEM micrographs. results are discussed detail.
