摘要: This paper presents PinPoint, a technique for localizing rogue interfering radios that adhere to standard protocols in the inhospitable ISM band without any cooperation from radio. PinPoint is designed be incrementally deployed on top of existing 802.11 WLAN infrastructure, and used by network administrators identify troubleshoot sources interference which may disrupting network. PinPoint's key contribution novel algorithm accurately computes line sight angle arrival (AoA) cyclic signal strength indicator (CSSI) target at all APs, even when (LoS) component buried stronger multipath components, noise. leverages this design an optimization technique, can localize simultaneously type interference. Unlike several localization techniques require extensive pre-deployment calibration (e.g. RF-Fingerprinting), requires very little administrator, uses self-initialize its bearings, if locations some AP are initially unknown oriented randomly. We implement WARP software deploy indoor testbed spanning entire floor our department. compare with best known prior RSSI [8, 11] MUSIC-AoA based approaches show achieves median error 0.97 meters, around three times lower compared approaches.
