摘要: Two major metabolites and one minor metabolite of sulfadiazine were found in pig manure, using a special combination different MS techniques like parent product ion scans, H/D exchange, accurate mass measurement, MS/MS experiments with substructures. N4-acetylsulfadiazine 4-hydroxysulfadiazine identified as metabolites. could be verified by exchange comparison spectra synthetic reference compound. In the case 4-hydroxysulfadiazine, majority possible isomers discounted after exchange. Substructure-specific fragment ions two references revealed presence 4-hydroxysulfadiazine. The was characterized to some degree tandem spectrometry high-resolution time flight spectrometer. aminopyrimidine moiety contained an additional modification likely elemental composition C2H4O no further acidic hydrogen.
