摘要: Abstract We performed this study to examine whether the serum resistin concentrations in growth hormone (GH)–deficient (GHD) children are influenced by administration of GH and assess relationship between free fatty acid levels during replacement therapy. The included 20 prepubertal GHD (16 boys 4 girls) who were treated with recombinant human (hGH). resistin, insulin-like factor I, (FFA), triglyceride, cholesterol glucose levels, leukocyte counts, hemoglobin A1c measured at baseline after 1 month hGH treatment. therapy significantly higher than basal (median [range], 6.2 [4.9-11.8] vs 5.6 [4.4-8.3] ng/mL; P
