摘要: Hierarchical anatase titania (TiO2) with a hollow spherical architecture decorated functionalized carbon dots (CF@THS) was synthesized by solvothermal decomposition of titanium(IV) isopropoxide (TTIP) in the presence solution mixture containing thiourea and citric acid. Interestingly, concomitant acid has been found to be essential obtain such hierarchical because individual constituents produced non-hollow spheres when hydrothermally treated TTIP. The co-existence these two also accelerates growth spheres. BET surface area study CF@THS revealed existence slit like mesoporosity value 81 m2 g−1. Time dependent FESEM TEM studies confirmed formation nanoflake structures intermediate stages followed architecture. We proposed that nanoflakes get accumulated on bubble form morphology. PL spectral Raman shift as prepared graphitic C surface. A thorough XPS analysis conducted explore nature relative atomic concentration functional groups (–COOH, –CONH2, –NH2). This sample showed very fast selective dye (methylene blue methyl violet) adsorption ability (even from different solutions) due δ-site As only times reusability for adsorption, adsorbed calcined at 450 °C air yield organic free TiO2 (THS) retention original structure. THS recycled an efficient reusable photocatalyst (k = 9.36 × 10−2 min−1) well photoanode sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) having Jsc 19.58 mA cm−2 overall efficiency 6.48%.
