PhysioNet: Physiologic signals, time series and related open source software for basic, clinical, and applied research

摘要: PhysioNet provides free web access to over 50 collections of recorded physiologic signals and time series, related open-source software, in support basic, clinical, applied research medicine, physiology, public health, biomedical engineering computing, medical instrument design evaluation. Its three components (PhysioBank, the archive signals; PhysioToolkit, software library; PhysioNetWorks, virtual laboratory for collaborative development future PhysioBank data PhysioToolkit components) connect researchers students who need relevant with have share. PhysioNet's annual open challenges stimulate rapid progress on unsolved or poorly solved questions basic clinical interest, by focusing attention achievable solutions that can be evaluated compared objectively using freely available reference data.
