Cancer Incidence in Patients on Chronic Dialysis and in Renal Transplant Recipients

摘要: A markedly increased incidence of cancer in renal transplant recipients is now recognized; to determine if immunosuppression alone may be responsible for this increase risk, was compared 709 and 317 dialysis patients. Malignancy developed 19 (2.7%) 33 patients on chronic (10.4%). In our report an excess skin observed the series while tumors urinary tract were seen more frequently dialysis. Transplantation consecutive does not appear constitute additional risk uremic patient who faced with alternative undergo or transplantation.
