摘要: We present Very Large Array observations at wavelengths of 2, 3.5, 6, and 20 cm, angular broadening radio sources due to the solar wind in region 2–16 radii. Angular is anisotropic with axial ratios range 2–16. Larger are observed preferentially smaller distances. Assuming that anisotropy scattering blobs elongated along magnetic field lines, distribution position angles elliptically broadened images indicates lines non-radial even largest heliocentric distances here. At 5R⊙, major axis angle ∼ 0.7" atλ= 6 cm it varies distance asR-1.6. The level turbulence, characterized by wave structure function a scale 10 km axis, normalized toλ = has value ± 7 5R⊙and asR-3. Comparison earlier resu lts suggest turbulence higher during maximum. power-law spectrum electron density fluctuations, fitted spectral exponents have values 2.8–3.4 for sizes between 2–35 km. data suggests temporal fluctuations (of up 10%) exponent on time few tens minutes. functions different do not show any evidence an inner scale; upper limits l k m 2R⊙ 4 13R⊙.
