摘要: A Thermodynamic study on the interaction of bovine calf thymus DNA with new designed Pd(II) complex (Ethylendiamine-8-hydroxyquinolinato Palladium(II) chloride) was studied by using isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) at 27 °C in Tris buffer solution pH = 7.5. The enthalpies + are reported and analysed terms solvation theory. It indicated that there three identical non-cooperative sites for Pd\II) complex. binding a is endothermic association equilibrium constants 428.03 mM -1 °C. can cause some changes stability low high concentrations. Our results suggested this might interact as an intercalator, thus interfering replication cell proliferation.
