摘要: Pengaruh Kompetensi Emosional dan Pengendalian Pekerjaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanasi yang teruji tentang pengaruh kompetensi emosional pengendalian pekerjaan kinerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada karyawan Penelitian dilakukan 58 dengan menggunakan desain kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan teknik kuesioner dianalisis analisis regresi ganda.
