摘要: This paper reports on the development and application of an urban high temporal-spatial resolution vehicle emission inventory model decision support system based current situation in China actual control requirements. The incorporates a user-friendly modular architecture that integrates platform includes scenario analysis visualisation capabilities. A bottom-up approach localised factors on-road driving condition has been adopted to develop system. As case study evaluation, reduction effect supposed low-emission zone (LEZ) policy Beijing (2012) was conducted. According simulated results forms tables, histograms grid maps, establishment this LEZ had definite various types air pollutants, especially carbon monoxide hydrocarbon. In system, simulation methodology for identifying environmental benefits brought by could be used assess other similar policies. Through flexible modification configuration values or input data variables, efficacy separate joint policies quantifiably evaluated graphically displayed.
