摘要: The invention relates to a preparation method of modified graphene nano filling material and an application the in nylon 6 material. According method, through selection reducer modifier, optimization process conditions like, graphite oxide is partially reduced, electrical conductivity recovered, then, residual oxygen-containing groups on surface sheet layer are modified, grafted endowed with special performance. By comparison adopting first grafting second reduction prior art, compatibility polymers can be improved while not damaged, has certain inflaming retarding synergy. When applied 6, thermal stability extent, graphene/nylon nanocomposite by about 4 orders magnitudes that oxide. Therefore, compared existing material, improve polymer substrate, anti-static function improved.
