Integrated optical microsystems: guiding light into the future

摘要: At the Integrated Optical Microsystems (IOMS) Group of University Twente, we are working towards setting basis for future on-chip nanophotonics. In following sections, our work on lasers and amplifiers, optical waveguide devices different applications such as medical imaging sensing well photonics-electronics integration technologies will be detailed.
