摘要: A simple, rapid and efficient solid-phase extraction method based on synthesized carbon nanodots was developed for the preconcentration of personal care products organophosphorus pesticides in environmental matrices. Factorial (screening) central composite designs were employed optimization experimental conditions that could potentially influence percentage recoveries target analytes. The variables, including sample pH, mass adsorbent, eluent volume volume, examined. Under optimized conditions, validated, acceptable analytical results obtained showed good performance. accuracy carried out at two spiking levels (10 100 μg L−1) different matrices ranged between 63 120%. precision relative standard deviation (% RSD) 0.995). limits detection (LOD) limit quantification (LOQ) established varied 0.015–0.125 0.05–0.415 μg L−1 ,respectively. ensuing applied successfully determination five multi-class organic compounds under study, influent effluent wastewater matrices, sampled from a municipal treatment plant located Pretoria, South Africa.
