摘要: The synthesis of the first ‘metallocenonucleosides’ (nucleosides containing a metallocenic moiety in their framework) formula NsCCFc, NsCH = CHFc and NsCH2CH2Fc (Ns uridine, deoxyuridine, adenosine; Fc: C5H4FeC5H5) has been conducted presence palladium salt according to following routes: i) reaction 5-chloromercuri-nucleoside on ethynylferrocene; ii) hydrozirconation (Schwartz' reagent) ethynylferrocene followed by 5-halogeno nucleoside; iii) direct coupling between nucleoside. same procedures allowed corresponding ‘metallocenonucleobases’ NbC CFc, NbCH NbCH2CH2Fc (Nb uracil, cytosine, adenine) which have also prepared acid solvolysis nucleosides precursors. compounds obtained were purified HPLC technique characterized 1H NMR mass spectrometry. cytotoxicity vitro studied L 1210 cells. Only modest activity observed.
