摘要: The most significant advantage of proteomic technology is its ability to profile a whole proteome or subproteome in single experiment, so that the protein alterations corresponding pathological biochemical condition at given time can be annotated an integrated way. In oncology and pharmacology these technologies led identification biological markers, which may provide starting point for diagnostic markers therapeutic targets; thus greatly broadening our knowledge accelerating path medical research. combination with other new immunology chemistry, proteomics shows potential make considerable contribution drug development process. This article provides brief overview integrative oncoproteomics strategies anticancer discovery, including comparative proteomics, signaling membrane immunoproteomics chemistry-based functional proteomics.
