摘要: Systems and methods are described herein for analyzing the performance of a communications network (e.g., mobile telecommunications network) using customer-centric and/or subscriber-centric data information. In some embodiments, systems method may determine key indicators by accessing call detail records from multiple sources, generating database one or more customer stats table (CSTs) based on accessed records, wherein CSTs include each individual customers network, determining (KPIs) overall stored tables.
