摘要: This application discloses a method of using NH and NCC pairs to resolve security issues. It includes: an MME sends sequence including multiple S1GW that is calculated correspond UE. After the receives UE handover message or bearer switch from base station, may choose next unused pair sent by send it target station. In this application, part can be terminated at HeNB GW, which reduces impact on core network cuts down use system resources.
