摘要: A new delivery system for zinc compounds and the process its preparation is disclosed, which has use in a variety of products including comestibles such as chewing gum compositions, confections, pharmaceuticals, food vitamin preparations, dentifrice compositions throat lozenges. More particularly, this invention relates to preparing compound comprised core material coated with first hydrophilic coating comprising hydrocolloid second hydrophobic selected from group consisting fats, waxes mixtures thereof. The provides enhanced masking bitter flavor characteristic compounds, well reduced grittiness retained stability at elevated temperatures product formulation.
