摘要: A process for preparing a nitridable silicon-containing material, which includes comminuting slurry of silicon powder, and water, the performed to cause substantial chemical reaction between water. Reducing water content reacted forms processable mass. In another embodiment, desired additives such as at least one nitriding agent may be added aid any nitridation or other processing thereafter.
