摘要: The effect of chlorothiazide on the pharmacokinetics lithium in both plasma and RBCs was studied normal adult males. This accomplished by administering single, 300 mg. doses carbonate alone concurrently with (0.5 grams/day for one week). Thiazide administration resulted increases RBC concentrations 26.2 25.4%, respectively, as well a 26.5% decrease renal clearance. data were analyzed terms two compartment pharmacokinetic model previously reported (8). results this analysis showed that change clearance could be accounted 24.1% reduction value ke, excretion rate constant.
