摘要: Abstract Single phase FeTi intermetallic and FeTi-3.1 mass % V alloy were synthesized by vacuum arc melting using high purity elemental constituents. The crystal structure of both, was found to be CsCl-type. Under similar annealing conditions, crystallite size markedly smaller than that intermetallic. Hydrogen absorption in studied a thermobalance attached Sieverts apparatus at temperature 327 K under 0.2 MPa hydrogen pressure. vanadium alloyed matrix significantly faster the pure maximum amount absorbed 1.2 1.1 respectively.
