摘要: Many pediatricians recommend, empirically, the “supine reversed-Trendelenburg sleeping position” in infant regurgitation, although its efficacy has not been validated. Esophageal pH fnonitoring data from 10 consecutively investigated regurgitating infants show that acid reflux parameters all of them were increased position at 10°“in comparison to flat supine position. We conclude further studies are needed evaluate effect on bejbre recommending this as a possible treatment decrease esophageal exposure.
