摘要: Security is one of the major challenges that affect deployment biosensors form Wireless Body Sensor Networks (WBSNs). However, implementation any security protocol will result in introduction additional functional blocks to device, which invariably lead an increase power consumption and processing delay. Both aspects are critical importance biosensor nodes WBSNs as they tend have limited need real-time capabilities. In this paper, a lightweight presented secure medical information transmitted from gateway. The proposed relies on counter method at side, implements several techniques side such nonce, hash, public key encryption order minimize biosensor's needed for operations. comes with acceptable low computation overhead hence results minimal Therefore, protocol, compared other existing ones, can be used real time sensing transmission data.
