摘要: The utility of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as electrochemical sensor often suffers from its limited catalytic efficiency. Here, we proposed an alternative approach by combining the concept MIP with use mimetic enzyme. A metronidazole nitroreductase-like activity was successfully achieved via method, where melamine served two purposes: functional monomer and component During imprinting process, redox-active center, which is responsible for catalysis, introduced into cavities. Accordingly, polymer, having both catalysis centers recognition sites, exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic selectivity. sensing performances this biomimetic were evaluated in detail. Results revealed that response to linear concentration range 0.5-1000 μM, detection limit 0.12 μM (S/N=3). In addition, applied detect injection solution results implied feasibility practical application.
