摘要: Abstract Immunochromatographic assay (ICA) plays an important role in the detection of chemical pollutants food. During construction conventional ICA for small molecules, labeling antibody directly may effect binding properties to target antigen. In addition, synthesis hapten-conjugtes, especially toxic haptens, face problems such as complex operations, high inter-batch error, and environmental pollution. this work, using mycotoxin fumonisin B1 (FB1) a model system, immunochromatographic based on fluorescent universal probes biosynthetic mimetics was established. Biosynthetic mimotope peptide-MBP fusion protein (F15-MBP) used substitute synthetic FB1-conjugates. Quantum dots nanobeads (QBs) labeled streptococcal G (SPG, which can bind fragement crytallizable antibody) signal probe. The coating antigen were sprayed conjugate pad test line, respectively. Under conditions optimization, visual limit (vLOD) FB1 reach up 125 pg/mL within 10 min, compared with synthesized FB1-conjugates, when there drop nearly 25 times. spiked sample (wheat, rice, corn) be found concentration is greater than 1.25 μg/kg. specificity, repeatability, stability are confirmed nagative samples accordance experiments. Furthermore, novel concept might provide potential applications general method multiplex various molecules without steps antibodies avoiding conjugates.
