摘要: The amino acid proline has been proven to play an important role in plants exposed environmental stress (cold, salt and freezing). interaction of exogenous with both NaCl chilling temperature (4°C) on the growth embryogenic cell lines Larch (Larix X leptoeuropeae), Sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis (Bong.) Carr.) Oak (Quercus robur L.) was investigated. Increasing concentration increased rate cells, stress. Freezing tolerance, quantified by K+ leakage, exogenously added proline. Plasmids expressing P5CS (A'-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase), limiting enzyme cellular production, were introduced separately into Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404. pBI-P5CS contained proline-overexpressing Vigna aconitifolia cDNA. pBI-P5CSF129A a feedback-insensitive variant this. Both vectors contain NPTII GUS coding regions that used for selection transgenic kanamycin as reporter transformation, respectively. Embryogenic calli Larch, transformed these plasmids, number isolated, examined cold, frost tolerance.
