摘要: Abstract A multidimensional “goal programming” model is developed to aid resource allocation decisions in the U. S. Coast Guard's Marine Environmental Protection (MEP) program. It then extended a of interval (GIP ) type where exact values for indicated goals, as ordinary goal programming, are replaced by ranges. Deviations outside these ranges also accommodated piecewise linear functions with slopes that vary distance from intervals. Uses and generalizations discussed context applications allocating manhours planning activities MEP
