摘要: Recurrent pericarditis is a rare disease in childhood. Nevertheless, it may represent challenge to the clinician due its resistance anti-inflammatory treatment. The initial etiology often remains unclear; specific laboratory parameters predicting frequency or severity of recurrences are lacking. We report on four patients with recurrent whom antimyolemmal antibodies (AMLAs) were detected. A prolonged persistence IgM-type AMLAs was found three patients: two them presented acute inflammation as event and one 48 during 5.5 years. fourth patient showed fast conversion from IgM IgG-type after less presentation 4 mild 48-month follow-up.
