摘要: Abstract High resolution photoelectron spectra of SF6 and SeF6 have been obtained in the 21 to 100 eV photon energy range using synchrotron radiation. All valence levels as well lower lying F2s, case Se, 3d were observed. Resulting experimental branching ratios partial cross sections then compared with those from MS-Xα calculations. This comparison provided following level ordering for SF6: 1t1g
