摘要: A variety of extraction procedures were evaluated for the arsenic and other analytes from lobster tissue samples using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection. Soxhlet, room temperature mixing, sonication, microwave assisted, supercritical carbon dioxide subcritical water extractions a solvent systems optimum conditions determined partially defatted Lobster Hepatopancreas marine certified reference material, TORT-2 (National Research Council Canada). The solubility trends solvents into which extracted gave an indication as to polar/non-polar nature compounds present. Analytes that prefer are probably more polar or inorganic, while those preferring methanol solutions less organic in nature. Arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, molybdenum selenium all present both inorganic non-polar forms. While may have contained similar amounts forms, results suggested was compounds, cobalt existed mainly species. Most techniques that, although there may be some forms present, cadmium compounds. Additionally, most indicated possibly In general, assisted (MAE) yielded comparable improved recoveries monitored usually required solvent. MAE proved mildest, fastest, least complicated reproducible technique evaluated. at 75 °C 2 min exposure time quantitative recovery TORT-2. These purchased local restaurant.
