摘要: We report on the magnetization structure of dish- and sombrero-shaped magnetite nanoelements fabricated via defect-free nanoimprint lithography magnetron sputtering with controllable deposition flux. demonstrate that as time increases, shape evolves from a to sombrero-shape due non-directionality deposition. At remanence, bottom layer both favors in-plane direction driven by their anisotropy (aspect ratios > 8:1). Micromagnetic modeling indicates this is double vortex for dish-shape but single pinned central cone in nanoelement. In addition, unlike conventional nano-disks, however, have strong out-of-plane components at edges; an additional component also found center nanoelements. conclude these localized are produced complex elements.
