摘要: The tunable bandgap energy has been recognized as a prominent feature of the colloidal semiconductor nanocrystal, also called quantum dot (CQD). Due to broken degeneracy caused by confinement effect, electronic states conduction band (CB) are separated few hundred meV. transition occurring in is intraband and regarded fast electron relaxation process that cannot be readily observed under steady state.
