摘要: Introduction Emergency treatment of major sub-/total traumatic amputations continue to represent a clinical challenge due high infection rates and serious handicaps. Effective is based on two columns: surgery antimicrobial therapy. Detailed identification pathogen spectrum epidemiology associated with these injuries tremendous importance as it guides the initial empiric antibiotic regimen prevents adverse septic effents.
