摘要: Endometriosis currently affects 200 million women worldwide and is associated with an increased risk of ovarian cancer (OC). The pathophysiology endometriosis-associated (EAOC) poorly understood multiple theories proposed. Currently, there are no guidelines for screening or reduction strategies in this at-risk population; meanwhile, remains the most lethal gynecological malignancy. This chapter reviews current literature on association endometriosis cancer, possible pathways to malignancy, prevention mechanisms, treatment options patients endometriosis.
