摘要: For an assembly line, it is required to minimize the line's cycle time for processing a partially ordered set of operations on linearly workstations. The operation partitioned into two subsets, manual and automated. durations are variable those automated fixed. We conduct stability analysis this problem. First, we derive sufficient necessary condition optimal line balance have infinitely large radius. Second, formulas algorithm calculating radii balances. Third, report computational results benchmark instances. Finally, outline managerial implications choosing most stable balances, which save their optimality in spite variations durations, identifying right re-balancing line.
