摘要: Swine are the only known hosts of swinepox virus (SWPV), sole member genus Suipoxvirus, family Poxviridae. Rapid diagnosis is recommended for appropriate interventions because high morbidity associated with this virus. This study describes a real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) assay rapid detection and quantification SWPV. The limit, repeatability, reproducibility, specificity were determined. efficiency was 96%, R2 value 0.996. limit 1 fg or 10-0.5 TCID50/50 μL. Tests showed that greatest source error in SWPV qPCR variation between analysts rather than different kits equipment. All nucleic acids from other viruses samples collected swine negative test. new method tested variables allows main sources laboratory viral to be identified.
