摘要: The study was carried out to determine the urinary excretion of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in normal pregnancy and define its possible role mediating renal response aldosterone arginine vasopressin (AVP). Measurements were performed 12 healthy pregnant women serially 20th, 24th, 28th, 32nd 36th weeks pregnancy. Urinary ET-1, plasma AVP levels (RIA methods) as well urine sodium, potassium, creatinine osmolality measured; clearance (Ccr), osmolar (Cosm) free water (CH2O) calculated. Fractional sodium (FENa), sodium/potassium ratio (Na/K) transtubular potassium concentration gradient (TTKG) also determined. It demonstrated that ET-1 higher than non-pregnant it increased further progressed from 34.8 +/- 4.0 pmol/day week 20 44.1 3.2 36 (P < 0.01). Daily significantly correlated with (r = 0.39, P 0.005) 0.62, 0.0001). Furthermore, there a significant positive relationship between flow rate 0.67, 0.0001), CCR 0.40, 0.0025), Cosm 0.58, 0.001), 0.56, 0.001) 0.42, 0.001). However, such could not be established FENa, TTKG Na/K.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
