摘要: In recent years, lactic acidosis has been recognized in patients with a variety of disease states.1,2In some patients, there may be an obvious underlying metabolic disorder, usually related to hypoxia. others, such as those the idiopathic form described by Huckabee,3there is no known direct cause. A small proportion leukemia have acidosis, but clear explanation for this finding.4,5Some authors hypothesized that leukemic cells which are "packed" marrow become hypoxic, utilize anaerobic pathways, and overproduce lactate.4This hypothesis not clearly documented, partly because other reports association was obscured complicating infection or treatment prior development acidosis. This communication describes patient who had severe diagnosis acute myeloblastic leukemia. He relatively
