摘要: Objective: ORF134 of Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPV) is a homolog Autographa californica multiple NPV ORF5, but its function unknown so far. The aim this study to characterize BmNPV (Bm134). Methods: Transcription, protein expression and subcellular localization Bm134 in BmN cells silkworm midguts were analyzed using real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), Western blot immunofluorescence, respectively. Results: Both the transcription not detected until 24 h post-infection (p.i.) by RT-PCR blot, indicating that late gene. revealed encodes an expected 12.4-kDa structural associated with occlusion-derived virus (ODV), budded virus. Immunofluorescence analysis showed was first cytoplasm p.i. then transported nucleus during later infection. Transcripts corresponding only 48–72 BmNPV-infected larvae 306, highly BmNPV-susceptible strain, NB strain resistant Conclusion: Taken together, our data suggest gene may as ODV protein.
