摘要: Abstract A novel method which using Fe 2 O 3 as pore-forming agent for preparation of directional SiC porous ceramics is developed. The results show that the microstructure was typically composed approximately strip-shape pores in axial direction and aligned pore radial direction. XRD result reveals obtained were pure silicon carbide ceramics, without any other phasis existed. contents influence properties final ceramics.
