摘要: We report a simple biomolecule-assisted synthesis of ZnS nanostructured spheres assembled from nanocrystals with the controllable crystal phase and morphology. l-Cysteine, biomolecule, was used as sulfur source played key role in formation spheres. various nanocrystal building blocks, such nanosheets, quantum dots, nanorods, multimorphology nanocrystals, were successfully prepared by this method.
