摘要: Recently, it has been shown that silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) exhibit great potential for different applications, including food storage, cosmetic products, electronic components, biosensor materials, cryogenics, dental materials and especially drug-delivery activities. In this study, we synthesized AgNPs with neem extract (NE) alone mixed plant extracts of neem, onion tomato (NOT) as a combined reducing stabilizing agent by green synthesis method at pHs. The products were characterized ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron (SEM) transmission (TEM). antibacterial effects the studied Kirby disk diffusion method. It was confirmed work effectively drug material against Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus in nutrient agar. addition, seen NOT could six medicines nature maximum addition 15 μg. However, product NE only worked four medicines. Therefore, evident more susceptible to aureus. We believe new route synthesizing be beneficial comparison improved properties applications.
