摘要: The hypothesis that growth factors interact with reproductive hormones to modulate cellular function is attractive because it extends our concepts of endocrinology the level cell-cell regulation. In most general sense, one could propose three working hypotheses by which and function: (1) might production and/or responsiveness factors; (2) hormones; and, (3) target cells for certain or may respond directly only their specific regulators, but each other via gap-junctionmediated second messenger systems.
