摘要: The orchids are known for its beautiful flowers, the genetic recombination ability and lack of defined taxonomic classification Orchidaceae family. Phylogenetic studies using molecular technics allow additional taxonomy understanding. ISSR markers can determine phylogenetic relationships among species individuals same species. In this study patterns polymorphism were compared in subjects Cattleya guttata, C. tigrina leopoldii order to find variations germplasm which contribute elucidate issues. Results obtained 13 primers ten each They increased 97 loci being 96.9% polymorphic three studied It is concluded that protocol was effective identification fragments all analysis total banding pattern suggests guttata molecularly related other more distant from tigrina.
